Much as I hate to say it, it would appear that my depression is back and yesterday I went to the Doctor and took the decision to go back onto anti depressants. He was lovely about it and has told me to write him a note in 3 weeks time to say whether I want them putting on repeat prescription again, I’m hoping things will have picked up by then but we shall see.

Fortunately for you folks I have started a new blog about my depression so you wont get lumbered with depressing posts! See how I think of you, even in my darkest hour!

Tomorrow is the Gallery and I’m braving a “naked” post too!
